Cancellations
Cancellation is free in most cases and the buyer's payment is fully refunded. To discourage no-shows and protect everyone's time, cancellations at certain stages may require a small fee based on the item price ($10 to $100). The exact amount will be shown and require your confirmation before any fee is charged.
No fees for off-platform sales
Completed the sale on your own? Whether you sold outside VeloBand or handled payment directly with the buyer, just mark your listing as sold. No fees apply.
