How It Works
Exchange Points are partner bike shops that handle the handoff between buyers and sellers. No awkward meetups, no no-shows. The seller drops off the bike at a shop, the shop verifies it against the listing, and the buyer picks it up when ready.
Seller drops off
The seller brings the bike to the Exchange Point with a secure code. The shop takes custody.
Shop verifies
Staff check the bike against the listing: brand, model, size, and specs. This is a listing verification, not a condition inspection or value assessment.
Buyer picks up
Once verified, the buyer visits the shop with their pickup code and takes the bike home.
